Bangalore - Shopkeepers charge extra for Milk and Curd

I stay in HSR Layout, Bangalore and the shopkeepers in this area charge 50 paise to 1 Rs. extra per packet of milk and curd. No matter what is the size of the packet whether it is 250 gm, 500 ml or 1 litre. They say that it 'is cooling charge.

This must be stopped.

    Same thing happen for Mumbai too. They always charge Rs. 3-5 extra.
