I was always under the impression that the MRP of any product cannot be altered. However this crime is happening openly in the market every day.

I would like to bring to notice that all those who sell milk in the market, charge 1 rupee above the MRP saying it is the storage charge for their refrigerator bill. The food inspectors are paid bribe on a regular basis to ignore this. Many people ignore saying this is just a Rs 1 question why bother, however 1 Rs makes a difference to those under the poverty line. 

Can this be stopped, I will complain to the right authorities with all those shop names who are involved in such crime. A common man needs to have easy access to the law for reporting such small crimes. 

Please help if anybody can.
